This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in shaping the culture, programs, and experience of our new community as we open our doors for the first time.
About the Role As a Resident Care Wellbeing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, purposeful, and meaningful person-centred lifestyle programs that recognise each residents individuality, promote independence, and nurture strong community connections.
You’ll work as part of a supportive, creative, and fun wellbeing team dedicated to creating joy, connection, and meaningful moments every day.
You will also have the exciting prospect to be part o f the commissioning phase , contributing to planning, setup,



and early program development to help establish a welcoming and vibrant environment for our very first residents.
Remuneration is $35.29 per hour for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and delivering highquality lifestyle, wellbeing, and engagement programs
- Support residents to participate in meaningful, interestbased activities
- Use creativity and technology to enhance resident engagement
- Build warm, positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Contribute to establishing lifestyle routines, processes, and systems during commissioning
- Help create a fun, inclusive, and uplifting home culture from day one

What We’re Looking For Essential:
- Certificate III or IV in Ageing
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Current DoFoodSafely Certificate
- Valid driver’s licence
