What Will You Actually Do?

As an International Voice Process Associate, you'll engage with customers and prospective customers across the UK and Australia.

Your role goes beyond simply making calls. You'll listen, understand, build trust and help turn conversations into meaningful outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect: Engage with prospective customers through professional outbound voice conversations.

• Understand: Listen actively, ask relevant questions and identify customer requirements.

• Communicate: Explain campaign information clearly, confidently and naturally.

• Qualify: Assess customer interest and eligibility against defined campaign criteria.

• Build Trust: Demonstrate empathy, professionalism and solid interpersonal skills.

• Handle Objections: Address customer questions and concerns
