We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Marketing & Sales Associate to drive membership growth, generate leads, execute marketing campaigns, and build strong client relationships across both organizations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the U.S. healthcare and wellness market.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth
• Promote and sell healthcare and wellness membership plans to prospective and existing clients.
• Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Build client relationships to increase enrollments, renewals,



and membership upgrades.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Marketing & Lead Generation
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and membership enrollment.
• Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, website content, and paid advertising.
• Create promotional materials, sales presentations, and client communications.
• Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

Sales Pipeline & Performance Management
• Manage the sales funnel from lead generation and qualification through conversion and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate prospect and membership records using CRM tools.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, campaign results, and revenue metrics.
• Recommend strategies to improve lead conversion and marketing effectiveness.

Client Relationship Management
