Educational Qualification:
Post graduation in any of the disciplines: public policy/ economics/ management/ development studies/ education/ social science disciplines or equivalent

Responsibilities
• Develop a complete understanding of the policy framework around the education and health sector
• Analyse the policies impacting and affecting our products and services
• Understand the evolving policy framework around tech and AI in India and across the world
• Draft policy papers/ position papers/ concept notes
• Draft policies around holistic child wellness at state/ national/ international level
• Propose policy frameworks, roll out and implementation guidelines keeping all the stakeholder needs in perspective

Experience




Working experience of atleast 10 yrs post PG with the following:
• Experience of working in the Education sector, health/ wellness would be added advantage
• Understanding of the education ecosystem and its stakeholders
• Formulating sectoral policies at the state/ central Govt level with understanding of how policies work with respect to implementation & roll out, funding, governance, monitoring etc
• Sound knowledge of Govt systems, both at the state and Central level
