About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven B2C & B2B2C Sales Manager with strong expertise in B2C Customer Acquisition, Dealer/distributor network development to drive market penetration and revenue growth. The role involves establishing and expanding a robust network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners, ensuring they are empowered to reach end customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies for B2C Customer Acquisition, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Delight, Affiliate Chennel Development, Dealer/distributor acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Expand affiliate, channel partner networks across target geographies to scale sales.
• Drive Sales Executive, Affiliate, Dealer performance through sales targets, incentive structures, and training programs.
• Build strong relationships with affiliates and channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.




• Collaborate with marketing teams to design co-branded campaigns, affiliate/dealer promotions, and B2C engagement programs.
• Monitor Sales Executive, Affiliate, dealer sales performance, stock movement, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer activities, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
• Implement structured affiliate, dealer management systems (CRM/ERP) for performance tracking and reporting.
• Work closely with operations to ensure supply chain efficiency, timely deliveries, and after-sales support.
• Identify recent territories, demand clusters, and growth opportunities for B2B2C expansion.
• Manage a team of B2C/B2B2C Sales Executives in house and manage/monitor their performance
