Beyond Career is building a personalized career guidance platform for every student. From AI-generated, college-specific career roadmaps to placement resources, networking, and career tools, we're helping students move from confusion to action.
We're now looking for someone to help us scale Beyond Career from 1 to 100.
What You'll Do
• Business & Strategy: Work directly with the founder to drive growth and execute high-impact projects.
• People & Culture: Build the team, drive hiring, and establish internal processes.
• Investor Relations: Support fundraising, investor outreach, pitch decks, and stakeholder communication.
• Finance: Work on financial planning, business metrics, and growth analysis.

Who We're Looking For
• 0–1 years of experience.



Internship experience counts.
• Someone who takes ownership, thinks analytically, and executes quick.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, numbers, and solving problems.
• Excited about startups, education, and building something from scratch.

This isn't a role where you'll just make presentations. You'll help build the business.
