Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Development & Configuration
• Design and develop custom ServiceNow solutions using:• • Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
• UI Policies, UI Actions, Catalog Client Scripts
• Build and maintain scoped applications using App Engine.
• Develop advanced workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Create and enhance Service Portal / Workspaces (UI Builder) components.
2. Integrations
• Design and implement integrations using:• REST / SOAP APIs
• MID Server
• Integration Hub spokes
• Integrate ServiceNow with IAM (Azure AD / LDAP / SSO) and third-party systems.
• Handle inbound/outbound integrations, data transforms, and error handling.
3. CMDB & Data Model
