About the Role:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for our consumer mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile app user acquisition, campaign optimization, ROAS improvement, retargeting, and creative testing. We need someone who understands performance metrics, can analyze campaign data, and takes ownership of campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google App Campaigns.
• Drive mobile app installs, registrations, purchases, and subscription conversions.
• Monitor and optimize CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Manage user acquisition, retargeting, and reactivation campaigns.
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining acquisition costs and ROAS targets.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences,



ad copies, and campaign structures.
• Track campaign performance using Firebase, GA4, Meta Events Manager, and attribution platforms.
• Identify tracking discrepancies and coordinate with the tech team to resolve attribution issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Research competitor ads, creative trends, and new growth opportunities.

Required Skills:
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Robust practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience managing mobile app install and in-app purchase campaigns.
• Good understanding of ROAS, CPI, CPA, CAC, and campaign scaling.
• Experience with retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
• Understanding of Meta Pixel/SDK, Firebase, GA4, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
