Job Description
This is a client facing associate role to ensure payroll and overall service for allocated clients go smoothly
1) Serve as a Payroll specialist and answer emails and meeting invites to handle routine client requests/queries with utmost care.
2) Resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions
3) Builds strong relationships with a portfolio of clients,
4) Develop and leverage a broad understanding of ADP products in support of client needs
5) Looks for solutions which will allow our customers to focus on their core business
6) Drive positive defining moments with client
Any graduates with very good communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with different clients. Good problem solving skill and ability to think through in different situations.
