Job Description

As a Workday PRISM & Reporting Product Lead, you will be responsible for designing and building PRISM and complex Workday reports within our products for our clients. This will transform their Workday experience and provide complex insights into their data based on both customer requirements and our own best practices.

You will work as part of a delivery team responsible for cases for customers of all sizes, across multiple industries.



You will be a lead within the Reporting & Analytics space and provide mentorship and oversight to more junior team members.

You will join the team with experience in the following areas: PRISM, Advanced, Matrix, Trending and Composite Reporting, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and building complex Calculated Fields. This role is vital in transforming customers’ Workday data into information that can drive their business decisions.

As a Workday PRISM & Reporting Product Lead, you’ll have the chance to:

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand needs
• Work with our Solution Architects and Product Manager on the design of the product
• Develop reporting solutions varying in complexity
• Design, configure, test, validate and migrate reports for clients
• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practice
• Contribute to internal Reporting & Analytics goals and init
