Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Business Growth Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, leads, referrals and other channels.
* Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
* Explain company services and solutions to prospective clients.
* Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
* Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the internal team for smooth lead and client handling.
* Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.




* Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets.

Eligibility

* Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
* Freshers can apply.
* Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
* Telugu and English communication skills are mandatory.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Comfortable working from the Baner, Pune office.
