About the Role

The RTR Analyst is responsible for executing end-to-end Record to Report activities within Dyson’s Finance Operations function. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative workplace, the role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining process excellence, and delivering efficient services that enable informed business decision-making and sustainable growth

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, including bank statement processing, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions, including netting, settlements, and balance confirmations.

• Handle accounting activities related to inventory and fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries,



including accruals, adjustments, reversals, and corrections.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items; experience with BlackLine is preferred.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.

• Support periodic and ad-hoc financial reporting, analysis, and management information requirements.

• Assist in internal and external audit activities by preparing schedules and providing supporting documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and global teams to resolve accounting and process-related issues.

• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, standardization, and automation opportunities.

• Develop, update, and maintain Desktop Procedures (DTPs), process maps, and process documentation
