Job Description
Role Overview: Manage and support Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle E-Business Suite environments, with responsibility for updates, patching, troubleshooting, setting readiness, and production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle EBS environments, including updates, patching, cloning, migrations,
and validation.
Troubleshoot application, database, configuration, and update failures and drive incidents to closure.
Support Oracle Database administration, backup, recovery, performance, release, change, and access-management activities.
Coordinate global handovers and improve operational automation through shell scripting or orchestration tools.
Must-Have Skills
10+ years Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Applications Management, FA Updates, patching, and production support.
Oracle Applications DBA expertise covering Oracle EBS, Oracle Database, backup and recovery, cloning, migrations, patching, and upgrades.
Experience with OCI Gen 1, OCI Gen 2, FAaaS, Linux or Solaris, and Unix shell scripting.
Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, incident management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience supporting global or follow-the-sun operations.
