Role Description The Sales Coordination, Export Documentation and Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. Responsibilities include coordinating sales orders, preparing and managing export-related documentation, and ensuring accurate records for shipments and contracts. The role involves regular communication with clients, logistics partners, and internal teams to track orders, resolve issues, and support timely deliveries. The executive will handle customer inquiries, provide status updates,



manage online and offline support channels, and contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
