Role Description The Partnerships Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing strategic relationships with insurers, distribution partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders. In this role, the individual will design partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and manage end-to-end onboarding to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking partnership performance,



coordinating with internal teams such as product, operations, and marketing, and resolving partner issues promptly. The Partnerships Manager will also analyze market trends, contribute to partnership strategy, and support the development of current collaborative initiatives that strengthen MITRA’s claim-focused insurance offering.
Qualifications
• Strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills to source, structure, and grow long-term collaborations.
• Experience in Account Management and Communication to manage partner relationships and ensure clear, consistent stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical Skills to assess partnership performance, interpret data, and support informed decision-making.
• Previous experience in insurance, fintech, healthtech, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
