About Us
We are a venture studio operating in stealth, building companies.

We have built two companies in consumer and cybersecurity. Both are built and backed by the studio’s shared product, engineering, and design teams, a proven playbook, and committed capital. Each now needs a founder to take it forward as a standalone company.

The Role
You will step in as the founder of one of these companies, taking a built product and turning it into a scaled business. You will own strategy, go-to-market, team, and results, with real equity, and with the studio’s resources behind you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the company’s vision, strategy, and P&L; as its founder and CEO
• Build and lead the go-to-market engine: positioning, pricing, distribution, and sales
• Drive product direction with the studio’s engineering and design teams
• Build the leadership team and culture, and hire key roles over time




• Lead fundraising and investor relations, and prepare the company for spin-out
• Set the company’s approach to security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI
• Report progress and share learnings with the studio

What We’re Looking For:

Must-haves
• 2+ years of experience, ideally with founding, co-founding, or leading an early-stage company or business unit
• Proven ability to build and scale something from an early stage, including taking a product to market
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership of outcomes end to end
• Solid communication and leadership, with customers, investors, and teams
• Working understanding of AI’s capabilities and risks

Nice-to-haves
• A previous exit, or a failure you learned from (we value both)
