BuildWright is hiring a founding GTM engineer.

Enterprise software companies already use BuildWright to take the investigation work out of their support tickets. Support leaders know this pain well. Our job is to reach every one of them who should be talking to us.

You own the outbound engine: the lists, the buying signals, the messaging and the sequences across email and LinkedIn.

You work directly with the founders, Srikanth Gaddam and Pochadri Ariga. You see how enterprise deals are won, from your first message to the signed contract. Your ideas go live the same day.

Remote, or with us in Hyderabad.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and enrich target account and contact lists (Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator or similar)
- Track buying signals: PE ownership and AI mandates, support hiring, leadership changes, acquisitions, launches
- Write and run multi-channel sequences across email and LinkedIn, typically 8 to 12 touches per prospect
- Draft personal messages the founder sends from their own LinkedIn to top-tier accounts
- Run messaging experiments and report weekly on what worked,

what didn't, and why
- Keep the outreach tracker current, every touch and reply logged
- Hand over each meeting with a short brief: who they are, why now, what they said

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in outbound, SDR, growth or GTM engineering, ideally B2B SaaS selling to enterprises
- Hands-on with Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator and email deliverability
- Writes short, specific messages, not templates
- Treats a finite account list as finite: every account matters
- Can explain why a campaign worked, not just report the numbers

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
Qualified meetings held per month, reply and positive-reply rates by angle and channel, and accounts moved from untouched to a real conversation.

Here's how it works:
1. Fill in the form. It has a short writing exercise and takes about 30 minutes.
2. I read every application myself and shortlist by Wednesday, October 21.
3. Shortlisted ca
