We are looking for a skilled and creative Bartender to join our team at Cabami, our rooftop café and bar in Panjim, Goa. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mixology, beverage preparation, guest engagement, and bar operations.

Job Description

1. Mixology & Beverage Preparation

Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other bar offerings. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and quality while following standardized recipes.

Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise

Demonstrate solid knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, bitters, mixers, and cocktail ingredients. Understand classic cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, garnishing methods, and current beverage trends to recommend suitable drinks based on guest preferences.

3. Guest Experience & Engagement

Deliver a personalized and engaging bar experience by welcoming guests, understanding their preferences, explaining the beverage menu, and recommending drinks suited to their tastes. Maintain a professional, approachable, and attentive demeanor throughout the guest interaction.

4. Revenue Generation & Upselling

Actively drive bar revenue through suggestive selling of premium spirits, signature cocktails, wines, and complementary food items. Recommend beverages based on guest preferences while maintaining a natural, non-intrusive approach to upselling.
