The Role
We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager – Admission Consultant Partnerships who can build, onboard, develop and manage a solid network of admission consultants who specialise in high-ticket regular MBA and postgraduate admissions.

The ideal candidate must already have a strong network and deep relationships with reputed admission consultants,



education counsellors and admission platforms and understand how to consistently generate and convert admissions through this channel.

This is a business development + channel sales + relationship management role, with direct ownership of consultant-driven admissions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard and activate high-quality admission consultants and counselling firms across key markets.
Build and manage a strong consultant partner network capable of delivering high-ticket MBA / PG admissions.
Develop relationships with leading admission platforms and consultant networks such as CollegeDekho, College Dunia, Shiksha, Admission Shalla and similar organisations.
Create a structured Admission Consultant Partner Program including commercials, incentives, targets and engagement models.
Drive consultant partners to generate qualified applications, NFET registrations, interviews and final enrollments.
