The Manager, Global Benefits is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for leading benefits administration, operations, and governance across assigned countries. The role will initially focus on India and the Philippines, with the potential to support additional countries as Ryan’s global benefits operating model evolves.

This position requires deep knowledge of India benefits, experience managing benefits in a multi-country environment, and the ability to work effectively with local leadership, global teams, brokers, vendors, and People Group partners. The Manager will serve as a trusted benefits subject matter expert, bringing operational discipline, strong stakeholder management, and a team member-focused approach to benefits delivery.

This role will also lead a small benefits team of approximately 2 to 3 team members,



providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, workload management, and support to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent execution of benefits processes.
