Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. The role involves handling day-to-day customer interactions via phone or other communication channels, following defined processes to resolve inquiries, provide accurate information,



and escalate issues when needed. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining records in internal systems, adhering to quality and compliance standards, and meeting performance targets such as response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
