Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational goals and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Daily tasks include partnering with leadership on workforce planning,



managing HR operations and documentation, resolving employee relations matters, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The position is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and manufacturing operations.
