About the Role
We are hiring an O&M; Engineer to manage the operation and maintenance of solar power plants while maximizing plant performance and ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor plant performance through SCADA.
• Troubleshoot inverter and electrical faults.
• Conduct routine inspections.
• Prepare daily generation reports.
• Maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with OEMs for technical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Improve plant efficiency and uptime.
• Support warranty claims and audits.
