Role Description This is an unpaid, remote internship role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will support day-to-day human resources activities such as assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, organizing candidate data, scheduling interviews, and helping maintain HR records and documentation. The intern may help develop and update HR policies and procedures, support basic employee engagement initiatives, and assist with drafting communication materials for team members.



The role also involves conducting research on HR best practices, using HR and collaboration tools, and preparing simple reports or summaries for the HR team. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to core HR functions.
Qualifications

• Strong interest in human resources, people operations, or organizational development, with a desire to learn and gain practical experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear emails and basic HR documents.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, organize information, and handle confidential data responsibly.
• Comfort using common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, videoconferencing platforms) and willingness to learn HR-related software.
• Robust time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
