Responsibilities
- Design and implement data analytics solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and define analytics strategies.
- Develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and ETL processes for efficient data management.
- Utilize big data technologies and tools to analyze and visualize complex data sets.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the analytics process.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, data architecture, or related roles.
- Solid proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and experience in applying them in business contexts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.
