Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant with strong expertise in Convergent Invoicing (CI) and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) to join our SAP consulting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP BRIM configuration, billing and invoicing processes, payment processing, and end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement SAP BRIM, with a primary focus on Convergent Invoicing (CI) and FI-CA.

- Work on billing and invoicing processes, billable items, and usage-to-cash scenarios.

- Configure and manage Business Partners, Contract Accounts, payment processing, payment lots, clearing, dunning, and collections.

- Handle FI-CA integration with the General Ledger (GL) and support financial reconciliation.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, functional testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams working on SAP BRIM components, including Convergent Charging (CC) and Subscription Order Management (SOM).

- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure smooth integration across billing, invoicing, and financial processes.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation,



and support project delivery activities.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM - Convergent Invoicing (CI) and FI-CA.

- Practical experience in FI-CA configuration and billing/invoicing processes.

- Knowledge of Business Partner and Contract Account management.

- Experience with payment processing, payment lots, clearing, dunning, collections, and GL integration.

- At least one end-to-end SAP BRIM CI/FI-CA implementation.

- Experience in functional testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.

Good to Have

- Exposure to SAP Convergent Charging (CC) and Subscription Order Management (SOM).

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation projects.

- Knowledge of Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

- Industry experience in telecommunications, high-tech, subscription-based services, or recurring billing.

- Experience integrating SAP BRIM with other SAP modules and external systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with strong functional and configuration expertise in SAP BRIM CI/FI-CA, who have participated in end-to-end implementation projects and can independently handle core FI-CA processes.

Note: Candidates with only traditional SAP FICO experience, support/AMS exposure, or SAP SOM/CC experience without hands-on CI/FI-CA expertise may not be suitable for this requirement.
