About the Role

We are looking for a Jr. Implementation Associate – Net Suite to join our ERP implementation team. The role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on Net Suite experience who wants to build a career in Net Suite consulting and implementation.

You will work closely with senior functional consultants, project managers, developers, and clients to support Net Suite implementations, enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and post-go-live support.

The candidate should have a positive understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into practical Net Suite configurations.

Key Responsibilities

Net Suite Implementation

· Support senior consultants in end-to-end Net Suite implementation projects.

· Understand business requirements and assist in mapping them to Net Suite functionality.

· Assist with configuration of Net Suite modules and features based on project requirements.

· Support data preparation, validation, migration, and reconciliation activities.

· Assist in setting up workflows, roles, dashboards, saved searches, forms, and reports.

· Participate in requirement discussions and solution workshops with clients.

Functional Support & Troubleshooting

· Analyze functional issues reported by clients and identify the root cause.

· Perform configuration-level troubleshooting and propose solutions.

· Work with technical consultants/developers where scripting or customization is required.

· Support enhancement requests and change requests.

· Maintain issue logs and follow up on open items through resolution.

Testing & UAT

· Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases.

· Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

· Coordinate with clients to validate business scenarios.

· Document test results, defects, and resolutions.





· Support regression testing after configuration changes or enhancements.

Documentation

· Prepare and maintain:

o Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

o Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

o Configuration documents

o Test scripts and UAT documents

o User guides and process documentation

o Issue and change logs

· Maintain project documentation and ensure it is updated throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Client & Team Coordination

· Participate in client calls and requirement discussions.

· Communicate clearly with clients regarding requirements, issues, and action items.

· Coordinate with functional, technical, and project management teams.

· Provide regular status updates to the project lead/manager.

Required Skills & Experience

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in Net Suite, preferably in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.

· Basic to good understanding of Net Suite navigation, configuration, and standard functionality.

· Understanding of core ERP processes such as:

o Order to Cash (O2C)

o Procure to Pay (P2P)

o Record to Report (R2R)

o Inventory Management

o Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

o Supply Chain (demand and Supply module)

o Manufacturing/WIP/Routing

· Experience with Net Suite saved searches, reports, dashboards, forms, roles, and workflows.

· Understanding of Net Suite data structures and standard records.

· Basic understanding of CSV imports and data migration.





· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as as part of a consulting team.

· Willingness to participate in client meetings and learn new Net Suite modules/features.

Good to Have

· Net Suite certification such as Suite Foundation or Administrator.

· Exposure to Suite Script or understanding of technical customization.

· Exposure to Net Suite integrations / REST / SOAP APIs.

· Experience with Celigo or other integration platforms.

· Exposure to One World, Multi-Book, Advanced Revenue Management, Suite Billing, or other advanced Net Suite features.

· Experience working on international implementations or multi-subsidiary environments.

· Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
