Key Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP Success Factors implementations.
- Strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and relevant Success Factors modules.
- Functional expertise in Performance Management (PM) and Goal Management (GM) for PM/GM roles.
- Hands-on experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for payroll roles.
- Experience in integrations, reporting, payroll processing, and statutory compliance, as relevant to the role.
- Robust stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Experience in multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
- SAP Success Factors certification is preferred
