Job Title: Corporate Derivatives Trading Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support structuring and execution of equity-linked financing and derivative solutions.

- Perform fundamental, technical, and credit analysis of companies.

- Analyze financial statements and apply valuation and pricing models.

- Assist in pricing, modeling, and evaluation of complex derivative transactions.

- Coordinate trade booking, validation, and lifecycle management.

- Monitor positions, track performance, and assess associated risks.

- Identify and escalate risk exposures and market-driven impacts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deal execution and structuring.

- Manage post-trade activities, including issue resolution and reporting.

- Contribute to market analysis, idea generation, and portfolio optimization.





Requisites

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong understanding of equity markets and derivative products.

- Knowledge of fundamental, technical, and credit analysis.

- Ability to interpret financial statements and valuation techniques.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling and analysis).

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of structured products and pricing concepts.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong attention to detail and team collaboration mindset.
