Job Title: Prime Middle Office - Manager

Experience: 6 to 9 Years

Location: Mumbai (Powai)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage Prime Middle Office operations, including trade capture, lifecycle management, reconciliations, and client servicing.

- Monitor and resolve trade exceptions, inter-system discrepancies, and risk-related issues within defined SLAs.

- Perform trade and position reconciliations between Front Office and Middle Office systems.

- Coordinate with traders, sales teams, clients, and regional operations teams across EMEA, Americas, and Asia.

- Monitor risk exposures, exceptions, KRI/MIS reporting, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.

- Handle client queries, fails management, and coordination with settlements, corporate actions, risk, and IT teams.

- Ensure operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management.

- Identify process improvements and support change management initiatives.





Requisites

- Graduate/MBA with relevant years of experience in Equity Middle Office, Prime Brokerage, or Equity Operations.

- Strong understanding of Equity Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, and the trade lifecycle.

- Experience in trade and position reconciliation, exception management, and risk monitoring.

- Knowledge of stock lending and borrowing, swaps, and related equity products is preferred.

- Understanding of Fixed Income market fundamentals and financial terminology.

- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage high volumes, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.

- Leadership, team management, mentoring, and process improvement experience is desirable.
