We are seeking a Seller Support representative in India, suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates, to assist our sellers in navigating our platform and ensuring their success.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to sellers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist sellers with their queries related to account management, product listings, and order fulfillment.
- Resolve issues related to seller performance metrics and provide guidance to improve their sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex seller issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and transactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Robust verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online selling.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
