We are seeking a dedicated Korean Customer Support Executive to serve as a primary liaison between our organization and Korean-speaking clients. Responsibilities

- Deliver professional and empathetic customer support in the Korean language, addressing inquiries and concerns with precision.

- Apply strong problem-solving techniques to navigate conflicts and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

- Adapt to and perform effectively within rotational shift schedules to provide continuous coverage.





- Utilize advanced English proficiency for internal documentation, reporting, and cross-departmental communication.

- Leverage prior experience within the BPO or airline sectors to manage customer interactions with industry best practices.

- Facilitate explicit and effective communication channels to ensure customer needs are understood and met promptly.
