Role Description The Marketing Coordinator role at Amyra Illuminare is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The person in this role will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, assist with content creation, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities. Daily responsibilities include organizing promotional events, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing calendars and project documentation.



The Marketing Coordinator will also help manage sales and marketing materials, support lead generation activities, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. Collaboration with colleagues and clear communication will be essential to keeping projects on schedule and aligned with marketing objectives.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, compelling messages and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Experience in Sales support and customer-facing interactions to assist with campaigns and lead generation efforts.
• Event Planning and Project Management skills to organize marketing events and manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ability to use basic marketing and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software; familiarity with social media or CRM platforms is a plus).
