We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive / Inside Sales Counsellor who can connect with prospects, understand their needs, explain our programs effectively, and help them make informed enrollment decisions.
About the RoleAs a Sales Executive / Inside Sales Counsellor,
you will be responsible for speaking with leads, understanding their goals, counselling them about suitable programs, handling objections, following up consistently, and converting qualified prospects into paid enrollments.
This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication skills, confidence, patience, follow-up discipline, and the ability to build trust with prospects over phone calls and messages.
The role requires flexibility with working days, as Sundays will be working and weekly offs will be provided on a rotational basis as per the Company’s schedule.
