Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Leadership & Planning
• Implement the school's academic vision, annual plans, curriculum and assessment schedules.
• Monitor syllabus completion, lesson planning, classroom teaching and student learning outcomes.




• Analyse examination results and develop measurable improvement plans for academic performance.
• Promote activity-based, experiential and technology-enabled teaching practices.

2. Teacher Management & Development
• Supervise teachers, coordinators and academic teams to ensure accountability and qualified discipline.
• Conduct classroom observations, review lesson plans and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify teacher training needs and facilitate professional development.
• Address performance gaps through mentoring, monitoring and timely corrective action.

3. School Administration & Operations
• Oversee daily school functioning, timetables, attendance, substitutions, examinations and school activities.
• Ensure effective coordination among academic, administrative and support staff.
• Maintain accurate academic records, reports and documentation.
• Support the Principal in implementing school policies and management decisions.
