Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, development, and lifecycle management of digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine robust business acumen, customer empathy, and technical understanding to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer value, adoption, and business growth.

The Technical Product Manager will work closely with business product manager, engineering, UX, data science, support, sales, and leadership teams to define product vision and execute product initiatives from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Roadmap

• Define product vision, product development strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business objectives.




• Identify customer stated needs and uncover underlying latent needs, translating them into opportunities that broaden the product's functional spectrum.
• Participate and contribute to new product initiatives.
• Own product portfolio planning and prioritization.

Product Lifecycle Management

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements.
• Create and document product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
• Lead feature ideation from concept phase to curated product requirement.
• Drive release planning, roadmap execution, and stakeholder communication.

Customer & Market Engagement

• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.
• Support strategic customer engagements and product demonstrati
