Role Description The Bench Sales Recruiter is a full time,



on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for marketing and placing bench consultants with clients and vendor partners. This role involves identifying suitable requirements, submitting qualified consultants, negotiating rates, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients and vendors. The Bench Sales Recruiter will track consultant availability, coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure timely onboarding and documentation. Daily responsibilities include managing job boards and professional networks, updating recruitment and sales trackers, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting placement and revenue targets. The role requires consistent communication during US business hours and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
