Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead Progreva’s engagement with a global energy-technology enterprise, delivered through our European delivery partner. The role has three parts:
· a hands-on consultant embedded in the client’s IT organisation
· a trusted advisor who helps application owners modernise their systems and grows the account
· the people lead for the Progreva engineers on the programme
You will help the client’s application managers put their needs into words, show them what modern technology makes possible, and turn that into well-scoped work for our team. You will also build the same consultative, opportunity-spotting mindset in our engineers.
Responsibilities:
Client-facing Business Analysis
· Work inside the client’s IT organisation as a billable business analyst / application consultant, first alongside an experienced Progreva consultant, then on your own.
· Run requirement workshops with application managers and users, and turn their needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised backlogs.
· Create and maintain application documentation: functional specs, process flows, architecture overviews, user guides and runbooks.
