Role Description The Accounts Payable Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at AINU’s Hyderabad facility.



This role oversees the end-to-end accounts payable function, including invoice verification, approval workflows, and timely payment processing to vendors, consultants, and service providers. The Accounts Payable Manager will monitor aging reports, reconcile vendor statements, ensure accurate posting of journal entries and accruals, and maintain compliance with internal controls, hospital policies, and relevant financial regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising AP staff, resolving payment discrepancies, coordinating with procurement and other departments, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and contributing to process improvements that strengthen financial accuracy and efficiency. The role also involves preparing AP-related reports and documentation for audits and management reviews.
