About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Data Science Engineer who can bridge data science, machine learning, and production AI systems. You’ll build intelligent models and AI-powered workflows that turn large volumes of company, market, web, and sales data into actionable insights. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ML solutions from research and experimentation all the way to production.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and productionize machine learning and AI models for market and sales intelligence.
• Build predictive models for company intelligence, lead scoring, prospect prioritisation, recommendations, and classification.




• Develop LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and AI-agent workflows.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including APIs, web data, CRM data, and third-party datasets.
• Build feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
• Develop and optimise embeddings, semantic search, ranking, and retrieval systems.
• Experiment with LLMs and modern ML techniques and convert successful experiments into reliable production systems.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to build scalable data pipelines and high-quality training datasets.
• Work with product and business teams to translate real-world sales problems into measurable ML solutions.
• Monitor model performance, data quality, drift, and production behaviour.
• Improve model accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of the company’s AI platform.
