We are looking for a GHL Technical Support & CRM Systems Executive who can manage CRM-related support, client technical assistance, workflow troubleshooting, backend setup, and system coordination.
About the RoleAs a GHL Technical Support & CRM Systems Executive,



you will be responsible for supporting the company’s CRM systems, automation workflows, client access, technical queries, backend setup, and day-to-day troubleshooting.
This role requires someone who understands GoHighLevel / CRM systems, workflows, pipelines, forms, funnels, automations, email/WhatsApp integrations, user access, and backend technical support.
You will work closely with the internal team, coaches, client success team, operations team, and clients to ensure smooth usage of our systems and platforms.
Key Responsibilities• Provide technical support for GoHighLevel / CRM-related systems used by the company.
• Assist clients, coaches, and internal team members with CRM access, login issues, form issues, course/platform access, workflow queries, and technical troubleshooting.
• Handle 1:1 support calls with clients and coaches whenever required.
