VinsFertility helps couples from India and abroad with IVF and fertility treatment. We're hiring a Patient Counsellor for our Janakpuri office.

What the job really is (patient coordination and sales follow-up, not psychological counselling):
- Talk to patients on call, WhatsApp and email, and understand their needs
- Explain treatment options and costs, and guide patients to book
- Follow up with leads every day and keep patients on track
- Coordinate with partner hospitals and doctors
- Work toward monthly patient targets

Who we want:
- Experience in IVF, hospital front office, or patient coordination (preferred over degrees)
- Clear Hindi and English, patient and caring with worried couples
- Steady, someone who wants to grow with a small, close team
- Lives near Janakpuri or West Delhi preferred

Timings: Mon-Sat, 10 AM-6 PM
Salary: discussed at interview.
