Role Description The Export Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for managing end-to-end export operations for fresh produce shipments. The role includes preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating with logistics providers and shipping lines, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements. Daily activities involve organizing dispatch schedules, tracking ocean shipments, liaising with customers and internal teams on order status, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. The Export Coordinator will also support quality and cold-chain teams to ensure that packing, labeling, and documentation align with destination standards and client specifications. This role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
