Job Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent will work with senior team members to advise leading Financial Services clients on strategy and transformation priorities. The role will involve solving complex business problems, developing fact-based recommendations, and supporting implementation across banking, lending, payments, fintech and NBFC businesses. The candidate should bring strong Financial Services sector knowledge,



structured problem-solving skills and meaningful experience in strategy consulting or in-house strategy and transformation roles.

Strategy Development And Business Transformation

• Support the development of growth, market-entry, operating-model, customer, product and digital strategies for Financial Services clients.
• Assess business performance, market dynamics, customer needs and competitive positioning to identify strategic priorities.
• Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations.

Project Delivery And Implementation

• Structure complex client problems, develop hypotheses and define analytical workplans.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, data analysis, benchmarking and business-case development.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, target operating models, implementation plans and governance frameworks.
