Must-Have Skills
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology-driven environments
• Requirements gathering and documentation (User Stories, BRDs, Acceptance Criteria)
• Business process modeling and analysis
• Stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• UAT planning, coordination, and defect management
• CRM platform experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Robust communication and documentation skills
