Role Description The Travel Support Executive (Backend) is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position involves handling end-to-end backend travel support, including processing travel requests, coordinating bookings, and ensuring accurate documentation in internal systems. The role includes liaising with travel vendors, validating itineraries, managing changes or cancellations, and resolving issues in a timely manner.



The executive will collaborate with front-end customer-facing teams to provide reliable information, support travel consulting activities, and maintain compliance with company policies and client requirements. Attention to detail, consistent follow-up, and clear communication with internal stakeholders are key aspects of day-to-day work.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to handle bookings, itineraries, and modifications efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting to support recommendations on routes, fares, and travel options based on client needs.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and ensure accurate information sharing.
• Prior experience in corporate travel, TMCs, or backend travel operations is preferred.
