Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Workspace ONE Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), and end-user computing technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in VMware Workspace ONE UEM, device management, endpoint security, application deployment, and enterprise mobility solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and troubleshooting Workspace ONE solutions to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient management of enterprise devices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, configure, and administer VMware Workspace ONE UEM solutions for enterprise environments.
• Manage and support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices through centralized endpoint management platforms.
• Configure device enrollment, provisioning, compliance policies,



profiles, restrictions, and security configurations.
• Manage application deployment, application lifecycle management, and enterprise application distribution.
• Implement and maintain device security policies, conditional access, certificates, and authentication integrations.
• Integrate Workspace ONE with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, identity providers, and enterprise applications where required.
• Troubleshoot complex device enrollment, application deployment, connectivity, authentication, and compliance issues.
• Manage Workspace ONE Access and identity-related integrations, including single sign-on (SSO), where applicable.
• Support enterprise mobility, endpoint configuration, patch management, and device lifecycle management.
• Monitor platform performance, analyze logs, identify recurring issues, and implement preventive measures.
