Job Description: Sales & Customer Success Executive

About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals, both freshers and experienced candidates, who are interested in building a career in Sales and Customer Success. This role offers exposure to B2B sales, client handling, the SaaS and IoT industry, and real-time customer problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales – Learning & Execution
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Support lead generation activities and follow up with prospective clients.
• Assist in product demonstrations and presentations.
• Learn and gradually take ownership of deal closures.
• Customer Success
• Support the onboarding of new clients.
• Help clients understand and use the platform effectively.
• Handle basic client queries and coordinate with the technical team for resolutions.
• Ensure smooth communication and timely responses to clients.
• Account Support
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients.




• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
• Assist senior team members in managing key accounts.

Who Can Apply?

• Fresh graduates with a BBA, B.Com, MBA, or a similar qualification.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Individuals with a strong interest in sales, client interaction, and technology.

Skills & Requirements

• Positive communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.
• Confidence in communicating and interacting with clients.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic understanding of MS Excel and CRM tools. Training will be provided.
