Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support recruitment activities that help Weskill identify and onboard emerging talent. This internship role is on-site and based in Gurugram, where the intern will assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Day-to-day responsibilities may include posting job descriptions, engaging with applicants, supporting employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.



The intern will gain exposure to end-to-end hiring workflows and best practices in talent acquisition within a fast-paced education technology setting.
Qualifications
• Ability to support Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordination.
• Interest or experience in Hiring activities, such as assisting with selection and offer processes.
• Foundational skills in Interviewing, including scheduling, candidate communication, and basic evaluation support.
• Understanding of Employer Branding concepts and willingness to contribute to candidate outreach and engagement initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and inclusive approach to candidate interaction.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple recruitment tasks and maintaining accurate records.
