Job Description
We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic B2B Growth & Client Success Intern to join our early-stage startup team. You will work closely with the founding team to connect with businesses, build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and help bring Qalakaar to more venues across India.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership, sharpen your communication and sales skills, and experience the fast-paced world of building a startup from the ground up.

What You Will Do
- Connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and communicate Qalakaar's value proposition.
- Manage client conversations, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Support lead generation, sales pipelines, and customer onboarding.
- Share feedback from clients to help improve our product and growth strategy.

What We are Looking For




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A quick learner with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Someone comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships.
- Strong ownership, consistency, and willingness to learn.
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We value attitude, communication, and execution over experience.

Internship Details
- Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of a full-time prospect based on performance.
- Stipend: ₹10,000/month fixed + performance-based incentives on successful client closures.
- Location: Remote - open to candidates across India.
- Work Mode: Work from home.
- Learning: Hands-on experience in B2B sales, client management, startup growth, and working directly with the founding team.
